Shipping & Delivery

All order are shipped with USPS and UPS. US orders $75+ Ship Free of charge. International shipping NOT available at this time. Please allow 3-5 business days for handling of all website orders. If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees. Clean Slate Laundry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS.

Damaged Package

Making sure your order is packaged with care is always a top priority, occasionally a package is mishandled and arrives damaged. I understand how frustrating it is to receive a damaged package, and I’ll personally help resolve the issue asap.

Return Policy

We do not offer a guarantee and do not accept returns. I make products work for most people, due to the the nature of our products, we cannot offer a moneyback guarantee. For health and hygiene reasons all products are final sale.
